What’s included
The ISO certified team will have their personal protective equipment (PPE): Mask, shoe cover and gloves
Deep Vacuuming
Shampoo application for one side of the mattress and extraction of excess water
Upon completion of the procedure, the team will show you the condition of the filter bag outside the property and they will ensure all waste products are collected and disposed of properly
After mattress cleaning, replace bedsheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases to prevent any cross-contamination. Our team is happy to assist with this if needed

Note
Any stains or discolorations will not have a 100% removal guarantee, depending on the stain's type and age of the stain
After treatment, please allow approximately 6 to 8 hours for the mattress to fully dry. For best results, refrain from using the mattress during this drying period
Our team will validate the fabric since we do care about your fabric quality if it can be shampooed or not. If it can't, dry treatment is recommended
If shampooing is requested for the mattress topper (either as an add-on or standalone), it will be charged at the same rate as the equivalent-sized mattress
Shampooing for feather-filled pillows can be done only if the feathers are enclosed in removable bags, and in such cases, only the pillowcase will be shampooed
Recommended frequency
For ongoing comfort and hygiene, we recommend professional mattress cleaning every six months. Frequency may vary based on usage and any allergy-related needs.
