Please note that the price and duration are estimated, and on the day of the treatment, the experts will need full access for the home as they will revalidate everything before starting the job.
The team will reconfirm:
- Number of units.
- Unit Type.
- Exact Treatment Duration.
- If there is any maintenance or mold issues within the AC discovered, the team won't proceed with the treatment, we will provide a separate team, solution and quotation for it.
- If access panels are needed, an additional cost of 250 SAR + VAT for normal ceiling & 300 SAR + VAT for Arabic ceiling per unit.
Access panel is cutting on the sealing to access unreachable areas to clean.
Paint around the grills and access panels that requires paint will be provided in Pure White color.
The team will coordinate with you at the day of the treatment, otherwise, please let us know who the authorized person to follow up with.
*Maximum Area Size is 20 sqm | Majlis to be considered as minimum 2 Areas
For properties > 10 FCU units or 5 Package Units - Book Inspection
- From Jeddah: KAUST, KAEC, MEKKAH, DORAT AL AROUS: SAR 3,000 per team - day
- From Jeddah: Madinah / Yanbu SAR 3,500 per day
- From Riyadh: Eastern Province (Al Damam- Khobar-al Dahran) SAR 3500 per day
