Sealing of small gaps and cracks using transparent silicone (up to 3 linear meters) to help reduce pest entry, both inside and outside villas.
Application of ant gel and cockroach gel in active areas, cabinets, corners, and common hiding spots.
What’s not included
Treatment for fleas, lice, ticks, lizards, scorpions, or snakes.
Termites, bed bugs, and rodents which are covered under separate services.
Recommendations
To help our team work safely and effectively, please ensure full access to the property.
In line with local safety guidelines, we recommend everyone leaves the property for 3 to 4 hours during the service.
For added care, pregnant women, children, people with allergies, and pets are advised to leave the premises for 6 hours.
When you return home, please open the windows for at least 15 minutes to help ventilate the space.
If any kitchen items were in treated areas, please wash them before use.
For best results, dry mopping and vacuuming may continue as usual. Please avoid wet mopping for 24 hours to allow the treatment to remain effective.
Recommended frequency
For ongoing care and optimal pest management, we recommend scheduling pest control services every 4 months.
